The International Clinical Research Conference (ICRC) 2026 is a student-led academic conference co-organised by the clinical societies of the University of Cambridge, University of Oxford, Imperial College London, and University College London.
The conference will take place on Saturday 11 April 2026 at the University of Cambridge School of Clinical Medicine (Addenbrooke’s Hospital what3words ///issue.soil.funny) and will run as a hybrid event, welcoming both in-person and online participants from across the UK and internationally.
ICRC aims to bring together medical students, clinicians, and early-career researchers to showcase innovative clinical research and to provide insight into academic medicine and surgical training pathways. The programme will include keynote talks from leading clinicians and academics, oral and poster presentations, and interactive workshops across a range of medical and surgical specialties.
CPD accreditation has been applied for and CPD-accredited attendance certificates will be provided for participants.

Optional Conference Dinner in Cambridge
Attendees will also have the option to purchase an evening conference dinner ticket, providing an opportunity to continue networking with speakers and delegates in a more informal setting after the conference.
The dinner will take place at Browns Cambridge, a centrally located brasserie in the heart of Cambridge. The evening will include a three-course meal with wine, offering a relaxed environment to connect with fellow delegates, speakers, and organisers following the conference.
This is a subsidised dinner available exclusively to conference attendees and provides a valuable opportunity to build collaborations and continue discussions from the day’s sessions in a more social setting.
